The ‘Macedonia’ Foundation sent a letter to Mike Brawn, US Senator from Indiana, in connection with the Resolution 311 introduced by him in the Senate on July 26 of this year, in which is proposed to declare the month of September this year as the month of Macedonian culture and legacy in the US.
The letter to the senator states that the Resolution contains elements that are unacceptable for the Bulgarian people, Macedonian Bulgarians, as well as for historical truth, justice and memory.
The ‘Macedonia’ Foundation hopes that Resolution 311 will remain in the Committee on the Judiciary and will not be put to a vote at all.
