Columbia University hosted the New York premiere of Veselin Dimanov’s documentary „Morality is Goodness“, dedicated to the life and work of Prof. Christian Takov.

After the screening, the film’s creator joined the discussion virtually from Bulgaria, as well as Prof. Takov’s classmates from the German High School in Sofia. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Valentina Izmirlieva, director of the Harriman Institute at Columbia University.

The Consul General of Bulgaria in New York Mr. Angel Angelov pointed out that it was the second Bulgarian film being screened at the prestigious academic institution within a few months’ period. He congratulated its creator for that initiative, which enables such an inspiring example of public engagement to reach a wider audience.
