With this my SIXTH official signal applied here I send a new package of documentary descriptions of the type of criminal genocidal attacks on the Bulgarian population, addressed to the above addressees;
This package contains (consists of)
335 (three hundred thirty five)
pages of documentation.
I specify that the accompanying documentation has relatively extensive nature of scientific reasoning biographical documentary study, formally dedicated to the „fate“ of one person;
that study, however, is actually dedicated to the discovery of the mechanism of extremely deep genetic relationship between the communist and post-communist genocide.
I pay attention to the fact or the circumstance that those referred to here descriptions have the nature of synthetic expression of the contents of several thousands of pages of official documents, copies of which I can always submit to the International Criminal Court,
if, of course, this Court shows „will to attention“ to the criminal activities of the elite functionaries of the Bulgarian PARAMILLITARY mafia-cop political regime.
I also pay attention to the fact or the cirqumstance that
only for the period from July 2010 to date
in the documentary system of the Bulgarian Prosecutor’s office I officially registered individual descriptions and requests for investigation of
more than 500 (five hundred)
having genocidal nature individual criminal acts,
which descriptions are officially labeled as
„All cards on the table and responsibility for the crimes of the state security services, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Court, the government and other state institutions!“
I declare that I insist at the Honorable Prosecutor for The International Criminal Court in The Hague to take the necessary steps to launch criminal proceedings against the Bulgarian state and its responsible officials.
However, I plead with you not because I have confidence in the former and the current state of justice in Bulgaria, Europe and the world, but because I hope sometime, in the future, to have Justice.
Moreover I declare my firm conviction that any after words Justice delivered on facts, criminals and victims of the past, is not and can not be justice, but only political demagoguery;
and that Justice is only when it is actually, really and effectively punishuing specific criminally and reparative responsible subjects, and
actually, really and effectively compensate the victims of the crime.
