Prof.Ianko N. Iankov-Velyovski has submitted to The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague based on the study of EngMSc Todor Machkanov consequent signal on genocidal practice of the Bulgarian governments in partnership with Brussels bureaucrats, as follows:
With this my FIFTH official signal applied here I send a new package of documentary descriptions of the type of criminal genocidal attacks on the Bulgarian population, addressed to the above addressees;
This package contains (consists of)
17 (seventeen)
pages of documentation.
I specify that the accompanying documentation has the character of succinctly scientific research of EngMSc Todor Machkanov, arrested in 1982 by the communist secret service (State Security), author of several books (including „The Battle for Jerusalem„).
I pay attention on the leading (main) thesis of the author,
that the Bulgarian post-communist genocide is secured also by the fact that the official Bulgarian state power has not signed a number of clauses in the field of International and European law,
or,
although it has signed, virtually ignores them (did not comply with them),
having in mind that the same criminal elements are provided by „consent“ of European politicians in Brussels,
which thus actually enter as accessories to a crime of genocide against the Bulgarians.
I declare that I insist at the Honorable Prosecutor for The International Criminal Court in The Hague to take the necessary steps to launch criminal proceedings against the Bulgarian state and its responsible officials.
However, I plead with you not because I have confidence in the former and the current state of justice in Bulgaria, Europe and the world, but because I hope sometime, in the future, to have Justice.
Moreover I declare my firm conviction that any after words Justice delivered on facts, criminals and victims of the past, is not and can not be justice, but only political demagoguery;
and that Justice is only when it is actually, really and effectively punishuing specific criminally and reparative responsible subjects, and
actually, really and effectively compensate the victims of the crime.
